In keeping with my patterns as of late, this post is late, but better than never - right?
Adi is officially on her way to becoming a big sister. Her only child/only grandchild status will be broken starting December (Aunt Jenn + Uncle Ben are expecting their first). Then shortly after, she will have a new Baby Brother or Sister (Due Feb.26) invade her world of 1!
There you have it folks - I am officially 18 weeks, though the Dr. says I'm measuring about a week ahead of that. So far, we have been keeping so busy that I haven't been able to track all of the fun details of this pregnancy - but I suppose that's life. To sum it up so far, I felt pretty nauseous up until about a week and a half ago (thankful for that turn of the corner)!
Laying in bed last night, Dan and I felt the little peanut moving around in there - so that was fun and exciting. Overall, I feel like I'm showing much more/earlier this time than the first. I also feel more physically exhausted ongoing than I did with Adi - probably because I don't get to nap too often these days. No cravings really yet and I do not have the first clue as to what I would guess for the gender.
We WILL be finding out (so long as Baby cooperates) on October 3, only a couple of short weeks away - so we shall see.
That's all for now. We're getting excited for this PERFECT fall weather, progress on the basement, and growing this Baby strong and healthy.
Hope you are all doing well.
